  • Ronnie Green

    Ronnie opened BodyMap Studio February 2012. A Comprehensively certified Fletcher Faculty Pilates Teacher Trainer, International Presenter, Director of BodyMap, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. After multiple dance injuries, running and cycling injuries and further motorcycle accidents including a punctured lung and right side paralysis Ronnie turned to Pilates for rehabilitation. Studying extensively with Michael King at The London Institute of Pilates (2000), Stott Pilates, Canada (2004) and Fletcher Pilates, Tucson, Arizona (2011). Ronnie has the ideal experience and training to help you to achieve your goals, be they aesthetic improvement, performance enhancement or corrective exercise and rehabilitation. BodyMap is a fully equipped state-of-the-art Pilates studio in the heart of London's Waterloo. We have privates, duets and classes daily including Yoga, Pilates & Barre.
  • Meredith Anderson

    Meredith Anderson is a Fletcher Pilates Professional Teacher, dance instructor, performer and choreographer. Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, she moved to Toronto to complete her Bachelor of Fine Arts, Honours specialisation in Dance from York University and stayed to pursue a dance career. She discovered Pilates as a means to maintain her strength and flexibility. Receiving her Professional Qualification from Fletcher Pilates in 2015 Meredith worked at studios in Toronto. Meredith recently relocated to London and continues to work with clients to improve their strength, posture and well-being at BodyMap Studio.
  • Gwen Lim-Rising

    Gwen Lim is from Singapore and a real lover of dance. She became interested in Pilates when by chance, she came across an online article about dancers practising Pilates. She attended classes at various places and was particularly drawn to Fletcher Pilates for its emphasis on the breath, as well as its elegance and precision. Gwen attended her Pilates training in Singapore and became a Qualified teacher with Fletcher Pilates in 2009. Gwen aims to help clients walk taller, breathe deeper, get stronger and move better.
  • Ruby McCormack

    Ruby has been a Yoga, Ballet and Pilates practitioner on and off for most of her life, but always returning to her Pilates practice more often than other disciplines. Eventually she decided to take up teaching Pilates in 2011 in addition to a job in the City. "I believe that the body is the most incredible machine and gift, and that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the full capabilities of movement in their bodies whatever size, age or ability".
  • Amy Laithwaite

    Amy trained at Canada’s National Ballet School and went on to dancing and teaching professionally for many years. With a passion for human movement, she delved into kinesiology and started helping people of all background to move and feel better through movement coaching and stretching. After becoming certified in assisted stretch, she turned her attention full-time to The Stretch Experience and now spends her days delivering stretch bliss and heading up training and professional development for The stretch Experience team.

    She holds qualifications in Classical Ballet - Licentiate Cecchetti Society of Canada & Canada’s National Ballet School, Anatomy, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Postural Restoration, Anatomy Trains Postural Analysis, and Irene Dowd Movement Studies.

  • Kevin Bradford

    Stability + Mobility + Strength + Stamina


    These are the benefits that Kevin has found with Pilates.

    After a corporate career in accounting and finance, Kevin tried Pilates and found an exercise routine that not only complimented his body, but gave him a real sense of holistic wellness. Kevin works closely with Osteopaths and Physiotherapists, assisting people with their rehabilitation treatment.

    He also teaches Pilates to runners and cyclists who are looking for exercises that will help to maintain their agility, stamina and ease of movement.
